Your data will help show decision-makers the real scale of the consequences. We have designed the survey so that you do not have to disclose your company.
How it works
- 1 You receive a shared login and password from the organisers: all companies get the same pass.
- 2 Once logged in, you see only a blank form. You cannot see other companies' submissions, and other companies cannot see yours.
- 3 You fill in only the fields you want to. Progress is saved in the browser tab.
- 4 After submitting, you receive a random submission number and a secret code, which let you add to your answers later.
- 5 The organisers verify the consistency of the submission. Only totals for at least several companies are included in the public statistics.

What we do to protect your company
- We do not ask for the company name, tax ID (NIP), REGON number or address.
- We do not store the IP address, browser data or the exact time of submission, only the day.
- Answers are encrypted in the database; the connection is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Only authorised verifiers using two-factor login have access to individual submissions, and every view is recorded in a log.
- We publish results for a region only once there is a sufficient number of submissions.
- The site uses no advertising, no tracking tools and no third-party scripts.
Honestly about the limitations
- Leaving out the company name does not by itself guarantee full anonymity: a distinctive amount or description may give it away. That is why you should not give names, decision numbers or container numbers in the free-text fields.
- The survey is not intended for sending decisions or scans. If you wish to provide documents, contact the organisers: identifying documents will go to a separate, confidential part of the system.
